3. Accounts & Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • Access may require admin approval depending on your organization's configuration
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' workspaces or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
  • Use the platform to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

The MolAgents platform, including its design, code, branding, and agent logic, is the intellectual property of MolAgents. You retain ownership of the scientific content and data you create within your workspaces. We do not claim ownership of your workspace content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Agent responses are generated by AI models and are intended to support — not replace — human scientific judgment. MolAgents does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. All agent outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being used in research or regulatory decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

MolAgents is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MolAgents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of MolAgents is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of MolAgents after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
